My name is Candi Randolph, and I am 55 years old at this writing.
Menopause weight gain is a term that never really meant much to me until this last year.
Why? Because I found that my ever-so-consistent weight throughout my adult years had suddenly started to inch upward, much to my dismay.
In the past, if my weight shifted upward by a pound or two, I would be very careful with my diet, exercise faithfully, keep food cheating to a minimum, and lose those couple of pounds within a week or two.
Ah...the past. Not so much anymore.
These days I look in the mirror and say, "who is that woman with the belly fat? Why can't she lose weight anymore?"
These are the questions I have been asking myself, and researching, for the last several months. So I decided to create this website, Menopause Weight Gain Help, to share this knowledge with other woman searching for similar answers.
There is so much information available on this topic, with nutrition, exercise and lifestyle choices affecting our longevity, not to mention our everyday well being and temperment (you know what I mean!)
So, take your time and read more about the menopause issues that you are experiencing. I know that for me, I have to accept (like every other woman on the face of the planet) that my body is changing, my appearance is being altered, and there is nothing I can do to turn back the clock.
If you are searching for a complete lifestyle program that includes not only healthy eating and weight loss (including that pesky belly fat), but also guidance for wise choices in other areas of your daily living, learn more about Suzanne Somers Sexy Forever online fitness program.
Take her free quiz and see where it leads you.
I CAN and WILL take every action that I can to sustain and nurture the body that I have right now, today.
Join me in learning more about menopause and how we can not only fight weight gain but lead a full, productive and healthy life as we move into our mature years.
Thanks,
